30-Day Returns policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your flooring purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of purchase.
Eligible Returns
- Unopened and undamaged flooring boxes in their original packaging
- Products must be unused and returned in their original condition
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened flooring boxes.
- Accessories (underlay, trims, skirting, adhesives, etc.).
- Delivery charges.
- Payment processing fees (PayPal, Afterpay, bank fees, etc.).
Return Fees
Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to:
- $30 processing fee, plus
- 5% of the returned order value.
These fees will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process
Email your order number and return request to sales@bblflooring.com.au. Once approved, return the products to our warehouse. After inspection, your refund will be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return freight costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
